Back on Twitter, Trump Goes After The Media

The President-elect Donald Trump is finally back on Twitter after a short hiatus and is going after his favorite targets: the mainstream media.

“Just had a very open and successful presidential election. Now professional protesters, incited by the media, are protesting. Very unfair!” he wrote last night after meeting with President Obama, Speaker Paul Ryan, and Sen. Mitch McConnell in Washington, D.C.

Trump also posted his thoughts about the meeting with Obama.

“A fantastic day in D.C. Met with President Obama for first time. Really good meeting, great chemistry. Melania liked Mrs. O a lot!” he wrote.

It was this morning that he thanked protesters for their passion and he vowed to them that he would help to bring the whole country together.

“Love the fact that the small groups of protesters last night have passion for our great country,” he wrote. “We will all come together and be proud!”

It looks like Trump will try to bypass the usual media channels and use Twitter as a way to hit back against haters.

He has now changed his bio to “president-elect of the United States.”
