President Joe Biden has responded to Republicans’ claims that they have evidence that the Biden family received indirect payments from a Chinese company.

It happened on Friday night when an agitated President Biden responded to Russian President Vladimir Putin having an arrest warrant issued for him by the International Criminal Court as a reporter snuck in a question about his family’s business dealings.

Q Could you give us your reaction to the International Criminal Court issuing an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, I think it’s justified. But the question is, it’s not recognized internationally by us either. But I think it makes a very strong point.

Q Are you confident the bank, sir — are you confident the bank crisis has calmed down?

THE PRESIDENT: Yes.

Q Will you give us a sense of your reaction to President Putin meeting with President Xi next week?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, we’ll see when that meeting takes place. That’s (inaudible).

Q Any reaction to the House GOP memo about your family dealings, sir?

THE PRESIDENT: My family dealings?

Q Yes, your — (inaudible) that Hunter Biden’s business associate sent over a million dollars to three of your family members. Any reaction to that?

THE PRESIDENT: That’s not true.

Q Should Putin be tried for war crimes? (Inaudible.)

THE PRESIDENT: He’s clearly committed war crimes.

House Republicans were just given access to President Joe Biden’s banking documents which may include transactions from his son Hunter Biden, Fox News reported. House Oversight Committee Chairman and Tennessee Rep. James Comer made the announcement when he spoke to Fox News host Sean Hannity on Tuesday.

“We just got word that Treasury said they will give us access,” the representative said.

The Biden administration has yet to confirm such a move. News of the agreement came hours after Comer’s Oversight Committee subpoenaed more bank records from the Bank of America earlier Monday. The subpoenas targeted ‘all financial records’ from three of Hunter Biden’s business associates dating from Jan. 20, 2009, to the present,” Fox News reported.

“The Oversight Committee has subpoenaed and obtained financial records related to the Biden family’s influence peddling,” a committee spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “These documents solidify our understanding of several areas of concern and have opened new avenues of investigation about the Biden family’s business schemes.”

It comes after Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan vowed investigations into the Bidens this week.

Jordan is calling out Democrats on the panel after their latest stunt regarding an important hearing that pertains to a critical issue of national importance, as he renews a vow to conduct invasive probes into Joe and Hunter Biden and the FBI.

The Ohio Republican lambasted Dems on the committee after they refused to attend a Yuma, Ariz., hearing on border security late last month as millions of people have crossed illegally into the country and fentanyl being smuggled in from Mexico is killing tens of thousands of Americans annually.

House Democrats claimed, “there was no consultation with Judiciary Democrats, many of whom have already committed to attending other bipartisan congressional delegation trips.”

“Instead of focusing on real solutions to a complicated problem, Judiciary Republicans will once again not hear from any federal government witnesses at their hearing, further cementing this hearing as a brazen act of political grandstanding,” Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) said. Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), added, “As a result, Democrats, who have been to the border regularly the last few years, will not attend next week’s performative hearing.”

But Jordan pushed back.

“It’s a shame that not one Democrat member of Congress would join us on this trip, despite having weeks of advance notice,” Jordan said. “It’s disappointing, but it’s not surprising.”

“I would argue it’s not a stunt,” he added. “My guess is our witnesses wouldn’t call it a stunt. What we’ve learned today from them, what we’ve seen last night on the border.”

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) called the Democrats’ decision to miss the hearing a “message of disrespect” to Americans.

According to Dr. Robert Trenschel from the Yuma Regional Medical Center, which has reportedly provided over $26 million in uncompensated care to migrants in one year: “It is an unsustainable model to have a hospital like ours bear the entire burden of paying for migrant health care. No business or service can survive ongoing large-scale expense without any offsetting revenue.”

Meanwhile, Jordan has said that he believes there’s been a seismic shift regarding allegations against President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden.

Jordan suggested “something is up” with the probe because of a new interest in the story by many of the same media outlets that initially dismissed reports of corruption evidence stemming from materials and emails obtained from a laptop he reportedly abandoned at a computer repair store in Delaware in 2019.

“Well, what happened to that is you had 51 intelligence officers sign a letter saying that this Hunter Biden story was Russian misinformation when it wasn’t, and that changed — I think anyone can make a credible argument that that altered the outcome of the election and we no longer have Donald Trump in the White House because he was doing that, he was pushing back on China for the first time. And now, we have Joe Biden there and it’s exactly the opposite direction,” Jordan said.

“So that’s what happened. That’s why this is all connected because the influence of big media, big tech, and big government in impacting our election — I think we said this last week, Sean. My colleagues had this in the committee a few weeks ago, Matt Gaetz. He said, when will the FBI stay out of elections and let us, the people, decide? In 2016, they went after Trump’s campaign, 2018, it was a Mueller investigation, 2020, they suppressed the Hunter Biden story, 2022, 91 days before the midterm election, they raid his home, and now, just two weeks ago, three days after he announces for the 2024 race, they name a special counsel and it’s not just anybody, it’s Jack Smith and the record that he has of weaponizing the government to go after the people,” Jordan continued.

“It sure looks like Joe Biden was involved,” Jordan added. “So, my, how this story has changed. And now, we find out these text messages and emails that link the entire family, not just Hunter and Joe and — but also uncle, the — Joe’s brother, James Biden, is involved in this as well.”
