When Judge Anthony Napolitano went on Fox News to discuss Rand Paul’s assertion that Obama had spied on him, nobody could have guessed the epic bombshell that the Judge was about to drop on Fox viewers.

He revealed that four or five years ago the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia confided in him that he believed Obama and the NSA were spying on the Supreme Court.

Hmmm…. let’s see 5 years ago would have been about the time that the Supreme Court was deciding the Obamacare case. You remember that one, don’t you?

It was the one when, against all logic and legal precedent, Chief Justice John Roberts inexplicably cast the deciding vote that made Obamacare the law of the land? Even then, people were wondering what Obama had on Roberts. Maybe this will shed some light on it.

Speaking about Sen. Paul, Napolitano stated:

“If they had to unmask Senator Paul’s name to reveal a conversation he was having with a foreign agent and the foreign agent was hostile to the United States they can do that. That’s not what he’s talking about. They’re talking about unmasking him when he’s having a conversation with his campaign manager when he’s running in the Republican primary.”

He went on to say that Obama should be subpoenaed to testify, even though he believed he would lie about seeing the unmasked intelligence.

And there you have it folks… the true Obama legacy. One of lawlessness, deceit, and corruption.

Here’s the video of Napolitano’s interview so you can see it for yourself:
