Kentucky Republican Senator Rand Paul told the media on May 5 that he believes he was under surveillance by the Obama administration. This accusation followed on the heels of the proven complicity of Obama’s former National Security Advisor Susan Rice of politicizing the NSA in order to unmask political rivals of Obama in order to gather intelligence for use in destroying them, a la Michael Flynn.

Ten days later, reports the Gateway Pundit, Judge Andrew Napolitano was on Fox News Business with Maria Bartiromo discussing who else may have been under surveillance, when he dropped a series of shocking allegations.

Napolitano told the audience that the NSA has every phone call, email and text ever sent by American citizens dating back to 2005! It is an incredible amount of information, one that Napolitano calls “information overload”.

It is this horde of data that was used by Rice for political purposes, something deeply unethical and criminal as well.

The Judge then dropped a bigger bomb:

“Justice Scalia told me that he often thought the court was being surveilled. And he told me that probably four or five years ago…If they had to unmask Senator Paul’s name to reveal a conversation he was having with a foreign agent and the foreign agent was hostile to the United States they can do that. That’s not what he’s talking about. They’re talking about unmasking him when he’s having a conversation with his campaign manager when he’s running in the Republican primary.”

This is a text book definition of an abuse of power and it is disgusting that the media has not made this the story that it should be!

What we had in Obama was the first ever personification of liberal fascism, a historically proven evolution of a political ideology that justifies its lack of values by manufacturing crises that demand “moral” crusades.

One has to wonder if Scalia’s intuitive suspicions may have contributed to his sudden and mysterious death in early 2016?
