It looks like Hillary and her team believe that the election has already been won after the audio piece of Trump talking about women in a sexual fashion was released last week. However, Hillary was shocked when Trump still managed to beat her in the second presidential debate.
The latest Rasmussen poll released on Thursday has just revealed that Trump is currently in the lead over Clinton, with 43% support compared to her 41%. Conservative Tribune reported that this is a four point swing from Wednesday’s results (43-39 in favor of Clinton), as well as a decided shift from Clinton’s 5-point lead Tuesday and 7-point lead on Monday.
The Rasmussen poll 1,500 likely voters uses a three-day voting average, meaning this is the first poll to fully gauge the reaction of voters following the debate Sunday night.
While Clintons has a lead in terms of women and younger people, Trump dominates men and the older age groups. This includes the votes of Independent voters. He has even made great gains in the minority voters as well. Clinton still leads in the monitories slightly, but Trump is catching her.
