Former Fox News host Eric Bolling, who is currently at Newsmax TV, had words for his former network colleague, Laura Ingraham, during his show this week.

On Tuesday, Bolling respectfully but pointedly rejected Ingraham’s suggestion that now might be time for the country to move on from former President Donald Trump in favor of someone else who holds the same values and principles.

During his program, “The Balance,” Bolling offered his comments in response to Ingraham’s remarks made during an interview with another former Fox News personality, Lisa Booth, for her “The Truth” podcast, in which Ingraham surmised the country would be better off not having to endure what would likely be another tumultuous four-year Trump term if he wins again in 2024.

“The country I think is so exhausted, they’re exhausted by the battle, the constant battle, that they may believe that, well, maybe it’s time to turn the page if we can get someone who has all Trump’s policies who’s not Trump,” Ingraham suggested, according to to Resist The Mainstream.

“Laura and I are friends …she has been a solid Trump supporter … she spoke at the National Convention for Trump,” Bolling began in response.

Pointing to the need for GOP unity Bolling indicated that Trump is essentially the party’s nominee-in-waiting as he shook his head disapprovingly as he played Ingraham’s remarks, adding: “Laura Ingraham seems to have thrown in the proverbial Trump towel.”

He then noted: “What do you mean, no Trump? What’s wrong with you?”

Bolling went on to suggest that while Democrats and the Biden administration’s persecution of the former president was likely an attempt to divide the GOP, in reality, it has united the party and bolstered Trump’s status.

Previous polling found that Trump’s base was energized by the raid and the public at large had serious concerns.

However, a new poll found results consistent with these previous polls but also found a growing number of Americans are worried the United States may be resembling a Third World nation.

A Rasmussen poll found that 55 percent of voters believe the FBI raid would happen in Third World countries.

More importantly, the poll revealed that “young voters” — a demographic the Democrats can’t afford to lose — are especially concerned about the raid.

Only 50 percent of voters aged 65 or older shared this third-world concern. Meanwhile, 58 percent of voters between 40 and 64 characterized the FBI raid as third-world, and so did 58 percent of voters under 40.

Last week, a poll revealed that more than 80 percent of Republican voters said the raid made them “more motivated” to vote in the 2022 election.

A Trafalgar Group and Convention of States Action survey found that 71.7 percent of Independent respondents said that the raid increased their drive to vote.

“Independent and Republican voters are united in their outrage about this unprecedented and tragic event in American history,” Meckler said in a statement about the poll results. “This gestapo-style injustice has created a voting surge that is so significant, the polling doesn’t even begin to reflect what is coming from grassroots voters in November.”

Newsweek noted further:

Overall, more respondents (47.9 percent) said that they believed “Trump’s political enemies” were behind the raid in comparison to those who said that the “impartial justice system” was responsible (39.7 percent). Another 12.4 percent said that they weren’t sure.

A large majority of Republicans (76.7 percent) believe that Trump’s political enemies were responsible for the raid, while just 11.9 percent of Democrats gave the same answer.

Another 70.5 percent of Democrats said that they believed the impartial justice system was behind the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Among, independent respondents, 53.9 percent said that Trump’s enemies were responsible and 35.3 percent said that it was the impartial justice system.

Not long after the raid, presidential son Eric Trump announced on Truth Social that Donald Trump is raking in the donations, likely in anticipation of a sooner-rather-than-later announcement he will run again for the White House in 2024.

“Breaking: DonaldJTrump.com is shattering all fundraising records and I’m told has raised more money in the past 24 hours than ever before in recent history! The American people are pissed!” he posted.
