Things continue to go from bad to worse for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
Around the same time that Biden was accused by a former staffer of sexually assaulting her, former President Barack Obama endorsed Joe’s campaign.
White House trade adviser Peter Navarro joked over the weekend that he’s happy Obama “has a new job as Joe Biden’s press secretary.”
During an interview on ABC News’ “The Week,” Navarro was joking that Obama’s going to be playing a role in helping Joe stay on message given his countless gaffes, mental lapses, and struggles to deliver a coherent sentence at times.
Navarro’s comments came after host George Stephanopoulos asked him about Obama recently saying things in America are “screwed up” because leaders are doing “what feels good, what’s convenient, what’s easy.”
“I’m glad Mr. Obama has a new job as Joe Biden’s press secretary,” Navarro said, adding, “As far as I’m concerned, his administration was a kumbaya of incompetence in which we saw millions of manufacturing jobs go off to China.”

Obama delivered virtual commencement speeches Saturday and wasted little time going after the Trump administration.
“Doing what feels good, what’s convenient, what’s easy — that’s how little kids think. Unfortunately, a lot of so-called grown-ups, including some with fancy titles and important jobs, still think that way — which is why things are so screwed up,” he said.
The former president also said, “More than anything, this pandemic has fully, finally torn back the curtain on the idea that so many of the folks in charge know what they’re doing. A lot of them aren’t even pretending to be in charge.”
This all comes as Biden was has been dealing with the sexual assault accusations from Tara Reade.
Reade, who served as a staffer to Joe Biden when he was in the U.S. Senate, alleges that he sexually assaulted her back in 1993.
A damning video clip resurfaced a few weeks ago of Tara Reade’s mother calling in to “Larry King Live” on CNN in 1993.
Reade’s mother can be heard asking King for advice on what to do as her daughter had a “problem” senator, at that time Biden’s position.
Reade alleges that Biden was kissing her and asking her if she “wanted to go somewhere else,” and that after the alleged assault was complete, he said, “C’mon man, I heard you liked me.”
Reade has also said she is willing to testify under oath about her allegations.
Biden has a long history of allegations of inappropriate conduct toward women, and these recently resurfaced videos are likely only going to hurt him further.
Things have been so bad for Biden that conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh is also predicting that Democrats will try to select someone other than Joe to be their nominee.
“They know that Joe Biden has got to go. Biden is somebody that’s not gonna be on the ticket anyway. Something’s gonna happen. They can’t possibly, they can’t possibly go into the race with the guy on the ticket. He couldn’t withstand one debate with Trump if there were any debates,” Limbaugh said.
