Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon has warned that all signs point to a terrible winter for the American people — and he says it’s time to get ready.

During a segment on his “War Room Podcast,” Bannon warned about a “dark winter” coming thanks to the Biden administration’s policies. Bannon also recently sent a warning to President Donald Trump as his presidential campaign is taking shape.

“The revered Economist, what is their headline? The Shortage Economy. America needs to prepare… Get ready for the bleakest, darkest Christmas in living memory… This is far beyond stagflation. We’re entering another phase. It’s all the converging forces. Remember, elections have consequences, illegal elections have catastrophic consequences,” Bannon said.

”This is why we’re in dangerous territory right now. Biden’s fiscal and monetary stimulus is the most reckless thing in American history. And you know who’s going to pay for that, the workers… I’m gonna tell you, This Christmas, it’s going to hit and it’s going to hit like nobody’s business. And nobody else in all media is going to tell you this,” he added.

In another segment, Bannon also bizarrely tore into Arkansas Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders after she delivered the Republican Party’s official response to President Joe Biden’s State of the Union Address on Tuesday night.

Former Fox News host Lou Dobbs spoke with Bannon about her speech, calling it “unacceptable” and, “an insult to President Trump” for “not mentioning his name.”

“Sarah Huckabee went to Iraq with the President,” Dobbs recalled, which Sanders spent a large portion of her remarks discussing, “and the First Lady in the dark of night, for Christmas, with our troops.”

“To not mention his name, to talk about ‘new leadership’ – it looked like the Governor’s Association had written much of that speech, and aligned themselves with Ron DeSantis,” Dobbs lamented, calling it a “lack of respect to POTUS.”

Bannon agreed that her remarks were “an insult to Trump.”

“She does not exist, politically, if it’s not for President Trump,” Bannon continued. “I thought the speech was terrible.”

“If you’re going to give a counter speech, you’ve got to talk about important issues. Don’t get me wrong, the wokeism is very important. But it’s not quite the heart of the matter right now, right? It’s not the heart of the matter. She is not — the reason is she’s just not — she’s not intellectually capable of going to the heart of the matter, right? Let’s be blunt.”

“This was like written by Ron DeSantis and the entire RGA,” Bannon said, referring to the Republican Governors’ Association.

Bannon made headlines last month when he warned Trump to “be careful” with South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham and allowing him to help with his 2024 presidential campaign.

“I have no earthly idea why [Graham’s] around [former] President Trump,” Bannon said. “He’s a cancer. He is a cancer, that’s metastasizing. President Trump’s gotta be warned. There’s nothing good that comes from having [Senate Minority Leader] Mitch McConnell’s mini-me, the snake, Lindsey Graham around you at all.”

Bannon suggested that Graham is one of five Republican “traitors” who are secretly backing President Biden.

Bannon vowed to “find out” the identities of the five GOP senators that Biden said privately “agree with whatever I’m talking about” but remain silent and refuse to back his agenda over fears that they would be “defeated in a primary.”

“This is Republicans you have here in the nation’s capital … they agree with what [Biden] is doing and they would actually vote and support him but they are afraid of, wait for it, the War Room posse,” Bannon said. “They’re afraid they will get primaried … And they’d be off the money train, they’d be away from the trough.”

“Have enough guts to step up and tell us, Lindsey Graham, who you are. You five, we need you guys to step up to the plate, Lindsey Graham, and tell us who you are,” he said.
