Republicans are going after President Joe Biden and his family harder than ever before, and House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman, Kentucky Republican Rep. James Comer, just dropped a bombshell on them that should shake them to their core.

“This is always going to end with the Bidens coming in front of the committee. We are going to subpoena the family. We know that this is going to end up in court when we subpoena the Bidens,” he told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo on Thursday.

“So we’re putting together a case, and I think we’ve done that very well. We’ve shown the bank records,” he said.

“If I had subpoenaed Joe and Hunter Biden the first day I became chairman of the committee, it would have been tied up in court, and the judge would have eventually thrown it out,” the representative said.

“We have put together a case that I think would stand up in any court of law in America,” he said. “We want to talk to about three or four more associates first. We’ve been communicating with a couple of them.

“We’re trying to bring them in just like we did Devin Archer for a transcribed interview.,” the representative said. “If they don’t come in voluntarily, then they’ll be subpoenaed.

“It’s very difficult. You know how hard the Democrats tried to get Donald Trump. So this is very difficult,” he said.

While Democrats continue to claim that former President Donald Trump was coopted by Russian President Vladimir Putin — without evidence and despite several investigations that turned up nothing — it appears that the real benefactor of Russian largess is none other than Hunter Biden.

And, some Republicans believe, President Joe Biden as well.

Their beliefs were strengthened on Wednesday when Comer released a third memo “about the Biden family’s foreign business dealings, producing bank records purporting to show that Hunter Biden and his business associates received millions in payments from Russian and Kazakhstani oligarchs when his father was vice president,” Fox News reported.

The 19-page memorandum, accompanied by screenshots of redacted bank records, claims that substantial payments, amounting to millions, originated from Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings. Additionally, it says that payments were received from Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina and Kazakhstani oligarch Kenes Rakishev.

The memo also states that during that time, then-Vice President Biden participated in dinners involving Baturina, Rakishev, and a representative from Burisma, the report continued, citing the memo.

“Then-Vice President Biden met—in person, for significant periods of time—with those individuals or their representatives,” the memo states. “Then-Vice President Biden joined approximately 20 phone calls on speakerphone with Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates and attended dinners with foreign oligarchs who paid huge sums of money to Hunter Biden. Joe Biden, ‘the brand,’ was the only product the Bidens sold.”

The “Third Bank Records Memorandum” builds upon two prior memos that established connections between Biden family members and payments associated with entities in China and Romania. The committee has reported that the sum of foreign payments directed toward the Biden family has now surpassed $20 million.

“During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as ‘the brand’ to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine,” Comer told reporters during a press release announcing Wednesday’s memo.

The third bank memorandum, obtained through subpoenas targeting banks unrelated to Biden family members, specifically delves into three companies established by Hunter Biden: Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC; Rosemont Seneca Thornton, LLC; and Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC.

Fox News adds:

The committee provided screenshots of bank records they say demonstrate that Baturina, the widow of former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov, wired $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on Feb. 14, 2014.

Then, a total of $2,752,711 was transferred to Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which Hunter co-owned with Archer, according to Archer’s statements to Congress last week.

The memo said Biden attended a dinner in the spring of 2014 with Baturina, Hunter, and others at Café Milano in Washington, D.C. During his congressional interview last week, Archer said former Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov and Kazakh oligarch Kenes Rakishev and “possibly” Luzhkov were also in attendance.
