The Democrats are doing something when President Joe Biden speaks that has many people questioning the reason.
In recent videos they have blurred the presidential seal when he has given speeches and when he signed the infrastructure package into law. The Western Journal reported.
On Tuesday, the official Twitter account of the Democratic National Committee posted a video of President Joe Biden signing the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill. Mystified Twitter users noticed that, for some reason, the presidential seal on his table was blurred.

Maybe it was just a glitch.
If so, it wasn’t the first. The seal was also blurred last week in an official video of Biden’s happy-face comments on “infrastructure week.”

Conspiracy theories as to why the presidential seal were blurred became a topic on Twitter.
“Was the presidential seal blurred out today because he’s not the real president?” one Twitter user said.

But before you believe any of the conspiracy theories, there is an explanation as to why it has been blurred.
In fact, the seal has been blurred before, even when Donald Trump was president, as The Associated Press explained.
CLAIM: Vice President Kamala Harris’ Twitter account blurred the presidential seal on President Joe Biden’s desk in a recent post because Biden isn’t really the president.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. Harris’ personal Twitter account shared a video first posted by the Democratic National Committee, which blurred the seal to avoid conflicting with a federal statute that limits how individuals can use the seal, according to a DNC spokesperson. Official White House channels, such as the vice president’s official Twitter account, frequently post imagesand videos of the seal unobstructed.
The AP said that it was blurred “to respect a federal statute that says the presidential seal can only be used for official government business, according to DNC Deputy Communications Director Daniel Wessel.”
18 U.S. Code § 713 states:
“Whoever knowingly displays any printed or other likeness of the great seal of the United States, or of the seals of the President or the Vice President of the United States, or the seal of the United States Senate, or the seal of the United States House of Representatives, or the seal of the United States Congress, or any facsimile thereof, in, or in connection with, any advertisement, poster, circular, book, pamphlet, or other publication, public meeting, play, motion picture, telecast, or other production, or on any building, monument, or stationery, for the purpose of conveying, or in a manner reasonably calculated to convey, a false impression of sponsorship or approval by the Government of the United States or by any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.”
“Former President Donald Trump also has shared videos with the seal blurred when using the posts for campaign purposes. The Trump Organization faced criticism in 2018 when replicas of the seal were displayed at one of its golf courses, violating federal law. The club removed the replicas and explained they had been given to the club by members,” The AP said.
There are many issues with the Biden administration, for the disastrous pullout from Afghanistan to skyrocketing inflation, but blurring the presidential seal is normal.
