CNN host Jim Acosta was visibly shaken by a lighthearted video of President-elect Donald Trump and his friend, Tesla and Space X CEO Elon Musk.

The video clips showed the two men dancing to the “YMCA’ tune by The Village People and it triggered the liberal anchor.

“If you haven’t seen this video yet of Elon Musk getting chummy with Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago for Thanksgiving, as they were apparently dancing in their chairs to ‘Y.M.C.A.,’” he said.

“There’s Elon Musk right next to him in his sweater,” the anchor said. “This does raise a lot of questions about what Elon Musk’s role will be in this incoming administration. I mean, just this week, he’s been targeting federal employees on X. He has been going after people like Colonel Alexander Vindman, accusing him of treason the other day on X. And he’s been given this very big platform.”

On Wednesday, Vindman claimed without offering proof that Musk gave state secrets to Russian President Vladimir Putin and said that he believes Musk supported the president-elect because he was given orders from the Kremlin.

“Clearly, Putin has a type,” he said. “He likes narcissists and egomaniacs that he knows as a case officer he could easily pander to and manipulate to do his dirty work. We are under attack. Russia has been using different levers, whether that’s corruption networks – in this case, it’s influencers like Donald Trump, like Elon Musk – to really kind of sow discord.”

“It’s particularly troubling with Elon Musk in this case, because Elon Musk has access to state secrets. He has top-secret security clearance,” he said. “It’s possible that some of that is seeping through. Putin has been very effective in playing both Trump and Elon. And he’s been using the richest man in the world to do his bidding.”

The Space X CEO responded by accusing Vindman of treason.

“Vindman is on the payroll of Ukrainian oligarchs and has committed treason against the United States, for which he will pay the appropriate penalty,” he said.

When Twitter became, in the opinion of some, a cesspool of progressiveness, it was Elon Musk who stepped in to purchase the company and set it on a new path.

And now, with word that MSNBC is for sale, it may again be the Tesla and Space X CEO who steps in to change the culture.

A simple five words from the billionaire set the Internet ablaze after he spoke to Donald Trump Jr. about the cable company.

It started when Wall Street Mav posted on X, formerly Twitter, that MSNBC was likely going to be for sale.

“Comcast is putting MSNBC up for sale. CNN just announced massive layoffs coming. Maybe the new owners will figure out that lying non-stop to your audience is a lousy business model,” they said.

The president-elect’s son quoted the post with his own in which he said “Hey @elonmusk I have the funniest idea ever!!!”

And that is when the billionaire responded and started a firestorm of speculation on his own X app.

“How much does it cost?” he asked.

That triggered a ton of responses from many prominent voices, including podcaster Joe Rogan, with many of them vying for Rachel Maddow’s job as a host.

One response came from Trump Jr. himself who said “I mean it can’t be much. Look at the ratings.”
