Justice Gorsuch Has Simple Response To Those Unhappy With America

Democrats continue to make it clear that they do not love America or believe that it has ever been great.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, who was appointed by President Donald Trump back in 2017, has a simple message for those ungrateful liberals: leave.

During a recent interview, Gorsuch smacked down numerous attempts from the host to attack Trump.

When asked about “troubling times in America” right now, Gorsuch invited those leftists to “look elsewhere” if they don’t like what is happening in this country right now.

He further asked: “Where else would you rather be?”

The left-wing host then tried grilling Gorsuch on the “fears” that the Supreme Court is taking a “hard right turn” due to the 5-4 conservative majority high court.

Gorsuch didn’t take the bait and calmly explained that there was no basis for that fear because many of the cases the Supreme Court heard last session — where there was a conservative majority — were decided unanimously:

I just don’t view judges that way. I reject the idea of how judges operate. As we talked about earlier about half – 40 percent of our cases are decided unanimously. We talked about five-four cases. They make up a quarter of our docket, maybe a third. Those numbers have been consistent since the second World War. The only thing that’s new is that nothing is new.

To Gorsuch’s point, it’s not only conservative Justice’s who have been siding with President Donald Trump on major cases.

This month alone, liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg sided with Trump on two major issues.

In the first case, RBG smacked down Democrats’ latest push to ratify the so-called Equal Rights Amendment.

The justice’s comments, which align with the Trump administration’s views, come amid late-breaking efforts to ratify a constitutional amendment guaranteeing equal rights to all citizens regardless of sex.

Ginsburg said trying to revive an effort that started in the 1970s is pointless and that’s it’s time to move on.

In late December, Ginsburg temporarily staved off the efforts of House Democrats to get their hands on Trump’s financial records.

Ginsburg issued a stay, meaning that Deutsche Bank AG and Capital One Financial Corp. do not have to comply just yet with an order from the Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that said the banks must give House Democrats the records they have subpoenaed.

While speaking at the University of Chicago in November, the 86-year-old liberal justice smacked down an idea from socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and others to abolish the Electoral College.

The Supreme Court isn’t divided — Democrats have just gotten so ridiculous that even Ginsburg is ruling against them.

It speaks volumes that Ginsburg — arguably the most liberal Justice on the court in decades — is telling Democrats to knock it off.
