Many people believe that President Joe Biden has been showing signs of cognitive decline for some time and he did not do himself any favors in dispelling those rumors recently.
Biden again caused a stir online during his trip to Bali, Indonesia, for the G20 conference earlier this week. According to photos captured by Getty Images, Biden was again seen at one point using what appear to be so-called “cheat sheets” — sets of instructions telling him what to say, and when, as well as what to do next.
Per the Western Journal, the sheets read:
–YOU, President Widodo [Indonesia], and Prime Minister Kishida [Cambodia] will take a photo directly before the event starts.
–YOU will sit at the center, front tables alongside President Widodo and President von der Leyen [President of the EU].
–Photos will be taken of the leaders seated around the table.
–President Widodo delivers remarks (5 minutes) and introduces YOU.
–YOU will deliver opening remarks (5 minutes), then introduce President von der Leyen.
One online user called it the “Daily Joe Moment.”

Biden accidentally CAUGHT again taking list of commands from his handlers like a puppy:

Biden turned heads in September 2021 when he toured damage in Louisiana caused by Hurricane Ida and was also photographed with what appeared to be cheat sheets, the New York Post reported.
“Biden walked to the Marine One helicopter with a cheat sheet of officials’ names and photos, including those of Cantrell and Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng sticking out of his pants pocket. He also appeared to have a script in his pocket,” The Post said.
The sighting raised new questions then about his cognitive abilities.
Biden was absolutely hammered for it, Fox News reported.
“Can Joe Biden do anything without a cheat sheet? He couldn’t give a speech on Afghanistan after 5 PM,” Lisa Boothe, a Fox News contributor, said at the time. “It’s abundantly clear he’s not operating on full cylinders. He should be in retirement, not leading a country. It’s time we start talking about it more. Everyone sees it.”
“President Trump certainly never carried a ‘cheat sheet’ with him,” Kayleigh McEnany, who served as President Donald Trump’s press secretary, said. “As any good staff would, we often provided him with a pocket card before he left the plane, but he usually just left it on Air Force 1 and definitely never relied on it to remember the names of those he was meeting on the tarmac.”
“Given his track record of hiding in his basement during the presidential election, it’s not surprising that President Biden depends on cheat sheets,” Deneen Borelli, another Fox News contributor, said. “Biden is lost and fumbles badly without notes and the teleprompter. It’s fundamentally dangerous the U.S. has such a weak and incompetent president. The world is watching including our adversaries.
“Then-candidate Biden wasn’t challenged by the media and when interviewed was given softball questions. Now America knows why his handlers want him to have limited media access because he’s incapable of sensible communication,” he said.
In late September, Republicans renewed previous calls for Biden to take a cognitive exam after he appeared to call out to Rep. Jackie Walorski, who was killed in a motor vehicle accident in late August, at an event.

“Joe Biden’s diminished capacity is so blatantly obvious that even the White House Press corps couldn’t hide their concern,” Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas said. “That’s how you know it’s bad.”
“In yet another pathetic display of incompetence, Joe Biden not only thought my departed colleague was alive, but he also had his puppet-master, Karine Jean-Pierre, deny he was confused,” Rep. Ronnie Jackson (R-Texas), a former White House physician who has routinely called on Biden to take a cognitive test, added, according to Fox News.
“It doesn’t take a neurologist to realize he’s in serious cognitive decline,” he added. “The American people know what’s going on here, and they don’t think the Commander-in-Chief is capable of doing his job.
“It’s past time for White House staff and the liberal media to stop shielding him from questions about his mental acuity and demand he answers my call for a cognitive test,” he continued.
Rep. Greg Murphy, R-N.C., a still-practicing surgeon as well as the GOP Doctors Caucus vice chairman, told Fox News Digital these “kinds of senseless gaffes have become par for the course for this president” while blasting the White House for their “cover-up” of Biden’s latest gaffe, the outlet reported.
“The American people can see that Mr. Biden’s mental acuity is certainly in question,” Murphy said. “What’s more disturbing to me, however, is the way in which this White House continues to deceive and misdirect the American people on a daily basis.”
