President Joe Biden promised during his State of the Union Address on Tuesday night to secure the U.S.-Mexico border, but some Border Patrol agents think he’s “full of s***.’

During his address on Tuesday night, Biden said: “Folks, if we are to advance liberty and justice, we need to secure our border and fix the immigration system. And as you might guess, I think we can do both. At our border, we’ve installed new technology like cutting-edge scanners to better detect drug smuggling. We’ve set up joint patrols with Mexico and Guatemala to catch more human traffickers. We’re putting in place dedicated immigration judges in significantly larger numbers so families fleeing persecution and violence can have their cases heard faster and those who don’t legitimately here can be sent back.”

A handful of Border Patrol agents spoke to Fox News about Biden’s speech and gave explosive reactions.

One Border Patrol agent said, “Immigration judges usually tend to follow the tendencies or intentions of their appointing administration, that means I and many other agents have little faith in them to actually follow immigration law. The vast majority of these illegal aliens have no legitimate claims to asylum but administration-picked and taxpayer-funded lawyers will argue otherwise. Unemployment, inability to buy groceries, domestic violence, bad schools and bad weather are not legitimate claims, period.”

Former acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf tweeted, “That mention of border and immigration security was lip service. Nothing more. No vision, no strategy. Just a wish list and another hollow push for immigration reform legislation. I think the President may have forgotten he has authority to fix the crisis NOW.”

One Border Patrol agent told Fox News, “Very few people within CBP believe this administration will actually secure the border, they just do not believe in it. All of their actions, comments, and practices are solely about pushing in as many illegal aliens as possible, not just those from the Americas but from around the world.”

Another agent echoed, “I laughed.”

A third agent acknowledged refusing to even watch Biden’s speech: “Figured it would be all lies and smoke … We’re losing so many agents, they’re fed up.”

A fourth agent: “We all know he doesn’t care about secure borders.”

Missouri GOP Sen. Josh Hawley also slammed Biden for his “dumpster fire of a presidency” and called on him to actually do something that will help Americans.

“It’s going to be quite the piece of theater as he tries to explain his terrible record,” Hawley told host Jesse Watters. “What I expect is a lot of smoke and mirrors, taking credit for things he’s had nothing to do with while trying to distract attention from his dumpster fire of a presidency.”

“I don’t know why this administration is breaking its arm, patting itself on the back for an invasion that it didn’t prevent. The goal should have been to deter Vladimir Putin from invading a sovereign nation — he utterly failed in that regard. We have an invasion on our hands, and part of the big reason for that is Joe Biden gave energy dominance to Vladimir Putin. He shut down our pipeline and he opened up Russia’s pipeline. That’s the Biden legacy.”

“The reason we have runaway inflation is Joe Biden. The reason we have a shipping crisis, a supply chain crisis at this stage, is Joe Biden. So if he wants to assign blame, all he needs is a mirror, and he can look in it because he’s the source of most of these problems and the solutions he’s offering are either nonexistent or totally fake,” Hawley said.

“If the president wants to be serious, he’ll admit that his policies have been wrong, that his policies have been weak, that his policies have endangered this nation and the world, and he’ll tell us how he’s going to change course.”
