CNN got humiliated during one of its own live broadcasts after a man who was at the Daunte Wright protests told them to get out.

Brooklyn Center, Minnesota was on the verge of another riot on Monday when CNN correspondent Sara Sidner was on the scene. As she was reporting on the story an unknown man approached her and tore into CNN and the media for perpetuating their narrative, Newsbusters reported.

“And as you can see, y’all be twisting up the story and shit y’all doin’,” the man said.

“Do you want to talk to me? You want to talk to me?” Sidner said.

“Yeah I do,” he said as he reached for her microphone.

“Okay, cool. Don’t take my mic. We’re cool. What’s your name?” Sidner said as she swatted the man’s hand away.

“What’s my name? My name is my name,” the agitated man said.

“What I think about this is all the press and all the extra shit y’all do makes this worse,” he said to Sidner who appeared to be confused.

“You think so?” she said.

“Yes. When people want to protest they shouldn’t do it in front of a f**king police station. Yeah. Courthouse. Shit like that. You get what the f**k I’m saying,” he said to the reporter.

Sidner attempted to change the subject and tell the man that she was concerned for his safety.

“I want you to be careful. I want you to be careful. I really do,” Sidner said.

“Of what?” the man said.

“Of anything that can hit you,” the reporter responded.

“Of what?” he said again.

“Of anything that could hit you. Look at all the stuff coming,” Sidner said again as the man interrupted her and again said “Of what?”

“Do I look like I’m scared?” he said.

“No, you don’t,” Sidner, who looked terrified, said.

“Do I look like I’m scared?” he said again.

“You don’t, you don’t,” she said.

“Exactly. Y’all need to get up out of here with all that twisting up the media and shit. Real shit,” he said.

Sidner offered to give him her phone number to talk about it some other time, but he was not having it.

SIDNER: You don’t know me. But we’re going to get to know each other.

MAN: We’re going to get to know each other, huh?

SIDNER: Yes we are.

MAN: Let’s see.

SIDNER: We are. We are.

MAN: How are you going to know me?

SIDNER: We’re going to talk. I’m going to share a number with you.

MAN: Let’s go.

SIDNER: Let’s do it.

MAN: Nah, let’s do it right here.

SIDNER: All right, here’s my phone, let’s go ahead and show me a number.

MAN: Nah. You got the camera out, talk about something that’s real.

SIDNER: Tell me what’s real.

MAN: Y’all just going to edit out the shit you don’t want.

SIDNER: We’re live.

MAN: You’re going to edit out some other shit.

SIDNER: Listen, we’re live right now.

MAN: You’re not f**king live.

SIDNER: I’m live right now.

MAN: I don’t care if you’re live or not. Get away from here with all that media sh*t that y’all doin’.

SIDNER: Okay, but we can’t edit here. This is live. This is live right now.

MAN: Look.

SIDNER: We’re with CNN.

MAN: Then take that camera all the way the f**k up there then.

“That’s where we’re going when you stopped us,” she said. “Listen, we’re going up there. All right, you watch us. That’s where we’re going.”

“Take y’all a** up there,” the man said.

“All right, so everybody’s got a hot head right now as you might imagine because it is really, really hot right now,” Sidner said as she walked away from the man.
