Vice President Kamala Harris has been accused of being “cringe” for many things but she may have just done her most cringe thing ever.

During an appearance on “The Morning Hustle” radio show, she was asked to explain the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and her response was laughable.

“If you’re watching any level of news, even social media, you’re seen everything that’s going on right now in the Ukraine,” the host of the show said. “Break it down in layman’s terms for people who don’t understand what’s going on and how can this directly affect the people the United States.”

And then came Harris’ explanation. And it is important to note that the show she was on appears to cater to a black audience, so her response could offer a clue into how able she believes black Americans are to process complex information.

“So Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine. So, basically, that’s wrong,” she said.

Wow. This was more like an answer one would give to a classroom of fifth graders and she was called out for it on Twitter.

“I thought this was a parody. With everything we know about the incompetence & absurdity of Kamala Harris this is remarkable,” Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce said.

“This gives me so much anxiety. This is like how my 16 year old niece would answer this question,” DailyMail columnist Meghan McCain said.

“What’s really horrifying about this is what it implies about Harris’s estimation of her audience. She is not doing this deliberately to make a fool of herself. She thinks it works,” political commentator Donald Luskin said.

“This CANNOT be serious. How does this woman still have a JOB?!? She sounds like she’s reading straight from this,” Rep. Ronny Jackson said with a photo that read “Foreign Policy For Dummies.”

“One can’t even laugh at this. It’s a catastrophe,” columnist Benjamin Weingarten tweeted.

“Apparently Harris was asked to dumb down the conflict. She rolled out this explanation in response, which I guess is good enough for folks who don’t know we are about as close to a hot nuke war as we’ve ever been,” reporter Christopher White said.

“Kind of like Ike explaining to constituents and commoners back in the day of yore why commie-nist Russia having access to thermo-nukes is a bad thing,” he said.

“I’m glad to see that the Vice President’s staff printed out the Wikipedia entry for Ukraine to prep her for an interview, otherwise she would have sounded unprepared,” National Republican Senatorial Committee Communications Director Chris Hartline said.

It was just more than a week ago when Harris gave a bizarre response when asked about the possibility of Russia invading Ukraine.

While speaking to reporters at the annual Munich Security Conference before returning to Washington, D.C., Harris spoke about Russia-Ukraine tensions.

“We’re talking about the potential for war in Europe. I mean, let’s really take a moment to understand the significance of what we’re talking about,” Harris told reporters.

“It’s been over 70 years, and through those 70 years … there has been peace and security,” Harris said. “We are talking about the real possibility of war in Europe.”

A reporter asked Harris what a Putin invasion would actually mean for Americans.

“Can you explain to Americans what exactly they will face” if Putin invades Ukraine?

Harris responded with a word salad.

“When America stands for her principles and all of the things we hold dear, um, it requires sometimes for us to put ourselves out there in a way that, maybe, we will incur some costs,” Harris
