President Joe Biden went viral again this week for all of the wrong reasons.
Biden traveled to Tampa, Florida, to make another push for “protecting” Medicare and Social Security while claiming some Republicans, including Florida Sen. Rick Scott, want to cut the programs.
“Look, I know that a lot of Republicans, their dream is to cut Social Security and Medicare. Well, let me say this: If that’s your dream, I’m your nightmare,” Biden said at the University of Tampa. “I reminded them that Florida’s own Rick Scott, the guy who ran the Senate Campaign Committee for Republicans last year, had the plan to sunset — maybe he’s changed his mind, maybe he’s seen the Lord — but he wanted to sunset it. Meaning if you don’t reauthorize it, it goes away. The very idea the senator from Florida wants to put Social Security and Medicare on the chopping block every five years I find to be somewhat outrageous.”
“Then we found, you know, there’s a senator named Mike Lee, who was also yelling, you know, ‘Liar, liar, house on fire,’ kind of stuff last night. Well, I didn’t even know this, but they played a video showing him when I said — I didn’t say the whole part, I said, ‘Republicans, leading Republicans want to cut Social Security and Medicare.’ And so, they played last night something I didn’t even know existed, a video of him saying, ‘I’m here right now to tell you one thing you probably never heard from a politician. It’ll be my objective to phase out Social Security, pull it out by its roots, get rid of it,’” Biden alleged.
A short clip of Biden’s long speech went viral on social media where he unexplainably stopped talking and appeared to set his microphone down before picking it back up and telling attendees in the upper deck “don’t jump.”
Conservative Benny Johnson tweeted: “This clip is of Joe Biden a few minutes ago. This is the behavior of a sad man with full-blown dementia. Anyone who says otherwise is a craven liar complicit in elder abuse.”

Texas Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson — who previously served as the White House physician under the Obama and Trump administrations — also expressed concerns.

Another social media user accused First Lady Jill Biden of “elder abuse.”

A few months ago, former North Carolina Republican Rep. Madison Cawthorn accused Jill Biden of being “cruel” to her husband, claiming President Biden’s mind “can’t handle” being president.
“I think we should indict Jill Biden – not saying indict in terms of criminal – but I’m saying we should call her out for being so cruel to her husband,” Cawthorn said. “The man is clearly mentally unstable. He’s having some form of degradation of his mind. And they are putting him up here to be assaulted by the greatest debaters the country has to go against him. And right now his mind simply cannot handle it.”

Texas GOP Rep. Ronny Jackson, who previously served as the White House physician under the Obama and Trump administrations, says he has concerns about President Joe Biden.
During an interview on Fox News, Jackson called Biden’s cognitive abilities into question and discussed what could be behind his struggles.
“Every time he gets up and talks to the American people, it’s not just the American people that are watching him speak, it’s the whole world, and that’s part of what the problem is here,” Jackson also said. “He looks tired, he looks weak, he looks confused, he’s incoherent, and it sends a message of weakness all over the world, and they’re seizing up on that,” he added.
“He’s got 40 years of tape, you can go back and look at this man, so it’s not like we don’t have anything to compare it to,” Jackson said. “You can go back and look, he’s always made gaffes, he’s always made missteps, but never like this. This is something different. These aren’t gaffes…. This is something much more serious.”

“My colleagues and I are again asking President Biden to immediately undergo a formal cognitive screening exam, such as the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA),” Jackson said.
“This is not a partisan issue. When I discussed taking a cognitive test with President Trump, he was eager to assure the American people and to put the fake news media’s stories to bed,” Jackson wrote. “Why won’t President Biden do the same?
