Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is getting hammered by fellow conservatives after signing on to a decision that helped President Joe Biden.

On Thursday he was part of the conservative majority in the court that struck down Biden’s vaccine or test mandate for private businesses, but there was another decision in which he, and Chief Justice John Roberts, sided with the liberals to give Bidens mandate a win.

The court did allow for the mandate to take effect at hospitals and health care facilities that are federally funded.

Justice Clarence Thomas penned a dissent to that ruling, signed by fellow conservative Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett.

He said that the case was about the administration insisting it has the authority “to force healthcare workers, by coercing their employers, to undergo a medical procedure they do not want and cannot undo.”

He said that the Biden administration failed to show that Congress had granted it that authority.

Harmeet Dhillon, CEO of the Center for American Liberties, appeared on Fox News and explained to host Tucker Carlson that because of the decision “10 million health-care workers do need to get vaccinated if they wish to keep their jobs, which is unfortunate given the massive shortage that we have of health-care workers right now in our hospitals.”

“Yeah, with no help from Brett Kavanaugh, I notice—cringing little liberal,” the host said.

But Carlson did cheer the decision to strike down the vaccine or test mandate for private businesses as he said it was a blessing for “millions of Americans waiting to get fired from their jobs because they won’t obey this arbitrary command from the president.”

It was just Carlson who smashed Justice Kavanaugh. There were many conservatives on Twitter who were furious with him.

“America First patriots and Pres Trump rallied fiercely to Brett Kavanaugh at his crucible moment, and he’s been a disappointment ever since,” former Donald Trump campaign advisor Steve Cortez said.

“I despise Brett Kavanaugh. We should have left him for the wolves. Freaking loser,” Fox News contributor Jesse Kelly said.

“Brett Kavanaugh has just tested positive for the RINO Virus,” Republican congressional candidate Lavern Spicer said.

“Brett Kavanaugh and John Roberts just sided with Steven Breyer, Sonya Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan to force 17,000,000 healthcare workers to get the COVID vaccine. Never call those men conservatives again. We have to fight until EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN is free from this mandate,” Republican congressional candidate Errol Webber said.

“Roberts and Kavanaugh save abusive Biden vaccine mandate for health care workers,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.

“Christine Ford SAID that Kavanaugh ‘dry humped’ her back in the day; and he’s been ‘dry humping’ the GOP ever since he got on the Supreme Court,” former Donald Trump advisor Dr. Darrell Scott said.

“I am credibly accusing Justice Kavanaugh of raping the Constitution and the rights of all healthcare workers today by voting for such an abusive mandate,” reporter Jon Miller said.

But the good news for conservatives was the mandate for private businesses was stopped.

“OSHA has never before imposed such a mandate. Nor has Congress. Indeed, although Congress has enacted significant legislation addressing the COVID–19 pandemic, it has declined to enact any measure similar to what OSHA has promulgated here,” the conservative majority on the court said, The Associated Press reported.

“Acting outside of its competence and without legal basis, the Court displaces the judgments of the Government officials given the responsibility to respond to workplace health emergencies,” the court’s liberal Justices Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor said in a joint dissent.
