“Outnumbered” co-host Kayleigh McEnany appeared on “Hannity” to discuss the historic victory of former President Donald Trump in the Iowa caucuses.
While Trump was winning the election, the ex-press secretary also attacked liberal networks for cutting him off during his victory speech.
“Donald Trump last night, he did not just make history, all he needed to do was a 12.8% margin, he crushed history. He beat his nearest competitor by 30 points, winning 98 out of 99 counties losing by one vote in the one county, just one singular vote. It was, by all accounts, historic. Now the media, for their part, they don’t learn their lesson. It’s like 2016 on repeat where the number one issue is immigration, we saw that last night where the media just doesn’t deride Trump,” McEnany said.
“They deride his supporters. You remember the Neanderthal thinking line from Biden recently. Back in 2016, you had Hillary Clinton’s basket of deplorables. You had Don Lemon on his show laughing at the rubes who can’t find countries on a map. They haven’t learned their lesson. They continue to demean his supporters. But … I am worried that the media has a plan, and we saw it play out last night, to just censor this man. Jake Tapper, what a shameful moment from a so-called journalist as you exposed, he is not,” she added.
McEnany continued, “To cut off Donald Trump and say, you could hear him under my voice saying anti-immigrant things. He was not. Let the people hear the man speak.”

MSNBC host Rachel Maddow stunned many on Monday night by telling viewers why the network had refused to air Trump’s speech following his overwhelming victory in the Iowa caucuses, citing the network’s policy against airing “lies.”
“At this point in the evening, the projected winner of the Iowa caucuses has just started giving his victory speech,” Maddow said, without directly mentioning Trump by name. “We will keep an eye on that as it happens. We will let you know if there is any news made in that speech, if there is anything noteworthy, something substantive and important.”
CNN’s Jake Tapper pushed a similar message to viewers, claiming the network cut away from Trump’s victory speech because the former president was “repeating his anti-immigrant rhetoric.”
A record-setting victory for Trump in Monday’s Iowa caucuses solidified his hold on the Republican presidential nomination for 2024, leaving his opponents far behind.
Hundreds of schools, churches, and community centers around the state hosted the caucus, as participants braved potentially fatal cold and hazardous driving conditions. However, the turnout was so high that Trump won the Iowa Republican caucuses by a margin of about 30 points, breaking Bob Dole’s record of nearly 13 points in 1988.
President Joe Biden took to X, formerly known as Twitter, soon after Iowa was called and said Trump is the “clear front runner” in the GOP presidential race.
In response to Trump’s victory, Biden wasted no time in beginning his fundraising campaign. He continued by slamming “extreme MAGA Republicans.”
“Looks like Donald Trump just won Iowa. He’s the clear frontrunner on the other side at this point. But here’s the thing: this election was always going to be you and me vs. extreme MAGA Republicans. It was true yesterday and it’ll be true tomorrow,” Biden wrote.
Biden followed up the statement with a request for donations to his 2023 re-election campaign.
Looks like Donald Trump just won Iowa. He’s the clear front runner on the other side at this point.

Trump spoke to Fox News on Monday night, saying he felt “invigorated” and “greatly honored” after winning the 2024 Iowa caucuses.
“It really is an honor that, minutes after, they’ve announced I’ve won — against very credible competition — great competition, actually. It is a tremendous thing and a tremendous feeling. We have to get our country back,” he told Fox News Digital. “Our country has gone through so many bad things over the last three years and it is continuing to go through bad things.”
