Fox News host Harris Faulkner warned viewers of an impending disaster over President Joe Biden’s lax immigration enforcement policies as millions of people from around the world have streamed into the country during his three years in office.

Faulkner noted to her co-hosts and guest that New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) has called in the state’s National Guard to assist with processing and taking care of tens of thousands of migrants that have flooded into New York City, primarily, as well as other parts of the state, amid complaints from both Democrats and Republicans.

But that said, “what’s going on in the streets of New York is a microcosm” of what is taking place daily along the U.S.-Mexico border, with the most recent trouble spot being Eagle Pass, Texas, Faulkner said, showing a video clip of scores of migrants wading across the Rio Grande.

She also highlighted instances where Border Patrol agents have been recorded informing migrants that they are free to go anywhere they want within the country. This, she argued, underscores Biden’s apparent lack of interest in enforcing border security.

“I don’t know how much vetting is being done because our Border Patrol agents are literally outnumbered at the border,” she continued, adding that they are processing migrants as quickly as possible but not deterring them from entering, which is actually their primary function.

“Southern border is reaching levels that we have never seen before,” Faulkner added, “and it has been for the past few days,” with Customs and Border Protection sources reporting more than 11,000 migrant contacts during the previous 24-hour period.

“We don’t know who they are,” she said, adding that the number “marks the highest single-day total in recent memory.”

She then showed a still video photo of a battered and bloodied Border Patrol agent who was “violently beaten in the Rio Grande sector” in recent days after he was attacked by a group of migrants — which means their first ‘official’ act after committing the crime of illegally crossing the border was to commit a criminal act of violence.

“His attacker was a known smuggler who was branded a ‘rat’ by the cartels,” she explained.

Earlier this month, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) called out Biden and Democrats during an interview over the ongoing chaotic situation along the U.S. border as illegal immigration and migrant crime begin to become top concerns for a growing majority of Americans ahead of the 2024 election.

In an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters, Cruz — who is running for reelection in November — accused Biden and his party of being willing to accept “collateral damage” in terms of crimes committed against Americans in order to import “future voters.”

“They support the open borders we have. The 10.6 million immigrants who have crossed under Joe Biden, Democrats, and the media to view them as future Democrat voters,” Cruz said. “If people have to die, if children have to be assaulted and women have to be, they are willing to accept that as collateral damage.

“The odds of a major terrorist attack in America today are greater than they have been at any point since September 11th, 2001. Tomorrow, I am going to be on the border with President Trump. I am going to be on Sean Hannity’s show with the president on the border and highlighting this invasion that is happening,” he continued.

“Every time I am on the border, when I talk to Border Patrol agents [and] they tell me they are concerned about Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists crossing the border, crossing over and trying to commit another mass murder like October 7th,” he added.
