The media has created a new witch hunt against former President Donald Trump.
The National Archives claimed they found classified materials among the records they took from Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s resort in Florida.
“The National Archives acknowledged Friday it has discussed with the Department of Justice that classified records were found in boxes at Mar-a-Lago after former President Donald Trump left office, according to a letter from Archivist David Ferriero to the House Oversight Committee,” CNN reported.
“The letter, released by the Archives Friday, also provided more detail on reports that Trump tore up records after being warned not to while he was President. That letter is among four that the Archives released Friday portraying the agency, which acts as the historical library for the federal government, as concerned on multiple fronts about the Trump administration’s record-keeping practices,” the CNN report alleged.
“The Archives arranged for the transport of about 15 boxes of records from Trump’s Florida resort last month after the agency sought them from the former President’s team,” the CNN report added.
“NARA has identified items marked as classified national security information within the boxes,” Ferriero wrote, responding to a question from the House. “Because NARA identified classified information in the boxes, NARA staff has been in communication with the Department of Justice.”
Trump responded to the latest attack against him by slamming the narrative being pushed.
The National Archives did not “find” anything, they were given, upon request, Presidential Records in an ordinary and routine process to ensure the preservation of my legacy and in accordance with the Presidential Records Act. If this was anyone but “Trump,” there would be no story here.

No, I was busy destroying ISIS, building the greatest economy America had ever seen, brokering Peace deals, making sure Russia didn’t attack Ukraine, making sure China didn’t take over Taiwan, making sure there was no inflation, creating an energy independent country, rebuilding our military and law enforcement, saving our Second Amendment, protecting our Border, and cutting taxes.
Now, Russia is invading Ukraine, our economy is being destroyed, our Border is once again overrun, and the mandate continues. Instead of focusing on America, the media just wants to talk about their plan to “get” Trump. The people won’t stand for it any longer!”
This comes on the heels of the bombshell report alleging Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid to spy on Trump.
Durham said in a court filing that lawyers for the Clinton campaign paid a tech company to “infiltrate” servers belonging to Trump Tower and the Trump White House in an effort to establish a “narrative” linking Trump to Russia.
The revelation was made in a court filing late last week that centered on potential conflicts of interest connected to the representation of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, who has been charged with allegedly lying to the FBI.
