President Joe Biden raised new concerns about his mental fitness again on Thursday following a speech he gave in Pittsburgh.

In a video clip posted online, Biden appeared to be lost and unaware of where he was supposed to exit the stage after making his remarks.

WATCH:

In the clip, Biden can be seen gesturing to someone off-camera, before turning around and hesitating near the podium. He finally, turns again and points to exit stage left and shuffles off.

The Washington Examiner reported:

Biden was departing the stage after giving remarks on infrastructure in the Keystone State, notably appearing alongside Senate candidate and Lt. Gov. John Fetterman (D-PA).

The appearance with the Senate candidate in what has become a toss-up race is a rarity for the president this midterm cycle, who has not campaigned as much as his predecessors, likely due to his unpopularity.

Several people responded to the latest incident online, many mockingly.

“I have one word to describe this….. Nuclear Codes,” wrote one Twitter user.

“He can’t even find his way of the stage without direction. We’re supposed to believe that he’s the commander-in-chief?” another user wrote.

“It’s like watching a Visiting Angels commercial,” said another.

“Jill should be so ashamed,” said another, referencing first lady Jill Biden.

“Why can’t anyone admit he can not re-trace the four steps he took to get in front of the microphone. I think bread crumbs may be in order………but ‘come onnnnn man’. It’s a bit scary. None of you minded bashing Trump for a careful/sensible tip toe down wet metal,” said yet another user.

At the same event on Thursday, Biden also displayed his trademark temper when he was pressed by a reporter about why more Democrats were not campaigning with him.

“John Fetterman’s gonna appear with you today in Pennsylvania, but there haven’t been that many candidates campaigning with you,” the reporter said.

“That’s not true. There have been 15. Count, kid, count,” he said as he grabbed the reporter.

He was asked a similar question by another reporter and not even the official White House transcript knows what the president said as it has “inaudible” in the transcript.

“Sir, why don’t more candidates want to be seen in public with you, like Mr. Fetterman?“ the reporter said.

“They’re — they’re — what are you talking about?” the president said.

“Tim Ryan in Ohio says he doesn’t want you there. Warnock said he wouldn’t say. Do you think they’re making a mistake?” the reporter said.

“No. There have been 16 that have already (inaudible), and a lot more have asked — another 20 or so. So I’m going to be doing it,” the president said.

The latest incidents came as the president got another round of bad news ahead of November’s crucial midterm elections. Biden’s approval rating has tanked while a growing majority of voters want to ditch the president.

“Overwhelming majorities of Americans are disappointed with the state of the country and want Republicans and Democrats to leave Donald Trump and President Joe Biden behind, according to a Monday poll. Overall, 70% of Americans say they are dissatisfied with the state of the U.S. with respect to their rights and freedoms. Meanwhile, 70% also say they hope Trump does not run for office in 2024, and another 70% majority says the same for Biden,” Fox News reported.

“Within their parties, 57% of Republicans want Trump to run again, while 52% of Democrats want Biden to run. The Monday poll from the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research surveyed 1,121 adults over landlines and cellphones from October 6-10. Of those surveyed, 961 said they were registered voters. The poll has a margin of error of 4%. Vice President Kamala Harris continues to have a lower approval rating than Biden in the AP poll, sitting at 38%. The poll had Biden at 46%,” the report added.

“Forty-three percent say they approve of how Biden is handling his job as president, while 25% say the country is headed in the right direction. Biden’s approval rating had dropped as low as 36% in a July AP-NORC poll, and the percentage saying the country is headed in the right direction dropped as low as 14% in June,” the report continued.
