Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk sounded alarm bells in a post on his X platform, warning that if former President Donald Trump loses to Vice President Kamala Harris, there will be no more elections.

“Very few Americans realize that, if Trump is NOT elected, this will be the last election. Far from being a threat to democracy, he is the only way to save it!” Musk began in response to another user who noted the Biden-Harris administration is rushing to grant citizenship to migrants at an unprecedented pace.

“Let me explain: if even 1 in 20 illegals become citizens per year, something that the Democrats are expediting as fast as humanly possible, that would be about 2 million new legal voters in 4 years. The voting margin in the swing states is often less than 20 thousand votes. That means if the ‘Democratic’ Party succeeds, there will be no more swing states!!” he wrote.

“Moreover, the Biden/Harris administration has been flying ‘asylum seekers,’ who are fast-tracked to citizenship, directly into swing states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Arizona. It is a surefire way to win every election,” he continued.

“America then becomes a one-party state and democracy is over. The only ‘elections’ will be the Democratic Party primaries. This happened many years ago in California, following the 1986 amnesty. The only thing holding California back from extreme socialism and suffocating government policies is that people can leave California and still remain in America. There won’t be any way out once one party controls the entire country. Everywhere in America will be like the nightmare that is downtown San Francisco,” he concluded.

Musk appeared to be referencing the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986, which was signed into law, surprisingly, by Republican President Ronald Reagan.

The law granted amnesty to undocumented immigrants who had arrived in the United States before January 1, 1984.

It also made it illegal for U.S. companies to knowingly hire illegal aliens, established penalties for those companies and established the General Accounting Office (GAO) to investigate employer discrimination against authorized immigrant workers, among other things.

This comes as CNN anchor Jake Tapper shocked his audience when he said that Harris needs to do more interviews and that he believes former President Donald Trump “has the edge” on her.

“Are you surprised that she’s not doing like five events a day?” the anchor said to Democratic strategist and CNN political commentator Karen Finney on his show Thursday. “I mean, there’s only 26 days, barnstorming every battleground state, three or four events a day.”

“Forget the interview thing, okay? I realize I’m biased as a reporter. I want interviews,” he said.

“More local news, though,” former White House communications director for Trump, Michael Dubke, said.

“But the local news interviews, town halls, it just doesn’t feel like October with the schedules I’m looking at for both of them,” the anchor hit back. “But I kind of think [Trump] has the edge right now.”

“Well, I don’t know if I agree with that,” Finney said.

“Not the edge thing, but what about, like, how active — what about how active the campaign is?” the anchor said.

“I think they’re being very active. And look, she also has her day job. We do have — we did just have a tremendous storm come through Florida. She was here in Washington to help deal with that to some degree, but I think you’re going to see that activity kick up over the next several weeks, as it should, by the way,” Finney responded.
