Biden’s Pick Top Head Disinformation Board Caught On Video Singing About Being ‘Rich’ And ‘Powerful’

The person picked to head President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Board has her own checkered history with disinformation and terrible singing.

In a new tweet shared by Breitbart news a clip from 2015 shows Nina Jankowicz, 33, who has been chosen to head the board, singing “who do I f**k” to be” rich, famous and powerful.”

In another video she sings about disinformation to the tune of the Mary Poppins classic “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”

“Information laundering is really quite ferocious. It’s when a huckster takes some lies and makes them sound precocious. By saying them in Congress or a mainstream outlet, so disinformation’s origins are slightly less atrocious,” she sings in the cringeworthy video.

“It’s how you hide a little, hide a little, little, little lie, it’s how you hide a little, little lie, it’s how you hide a little, little, little lie,” she sang.

“When Rudy Giuliani shared bad intel from Ukraine. Or when TikTok influencers say Covid can’t cause pain. They’re laundering disinfo and we really should take note. And not support their lies with our wallet, voice or vote – oh!” she sang.

But aside from her atrocious singing, she appears to have a tough time discerning the truth.

In one tweet that has resurfaced Jankowicz, 33, who has been chosen to head the board, cast doubts about the effectiveness of masks. This was at the start of the pandemic when even Dr. Anthony Fauci said that masks were ineffective, which was incorrect.

“This is good. Now hope the rest of the adtech industry stops placing ads for masks and worse (straight up disinfo!) on articles and info about coronavirus,” she said in response to a tweet by Rob Leathern, who worked on integrity products at Facebook and who said that the company was giving the World Health Organization and other health groups free ads.

Prior to the 2016 presidential election she claimed that an election of President Donald Trump would embolden the Islamic State when, in fact, ISIS collapsed when he was president.

“Maybe @HillaryClinton’s most important point so far: “A @realDonaldTrump presidency would embolden ISIS.” #ImWithHer,” she said in the tweet.

And perhaps most egregiously she hyped Christopher Steele, the man who produced the debunked Trump / Russia dossier, on comments he made about disinformation.

“Listened to this last night- Chris Steele (yes THAT Chris Steele) provides some great historical context about the evolution of disinfo. Worth a listen,” she said.

In a video posted online on Friday from two years ago, Nina Jankowicz expressed a great deal of discomfort with the White House having any power at all over speech when Donald Trump was president.

The Daily Wire reports:

A number of past comments, tweets, and videos of Jankowicz began to surface after it was announced that she was to lead the newest federal entity — which will endeavor to “counter the spread of false information” — and those comments raised questions as to whether or not she would do so with equal measure without imposing her own political views.

But perhaps the most eye-opening video of them all came from May of 2020, when she argued that the executive branch — then occupied by former President Donald Trump — should not have the power to determine what information was true and what was not.

“Imagine that, you know, with President Trump right now calling all of these news organizations that have — inconvenient for him — stories that they’re getting out there, that he’s calling ‘fake news,’ and now lashing out at platforms,” Jankowicz said.

“I would never want to see our executive branch have that sort of power, and that’s why, you know, the legislative process, with our duly elected officials is really important. That sort of consultative rule-making process. We can’t just govern by executive order anymore,” she added.

May, 2020. Nina Jankowicz was horrified at the idea of the Executive Branch (Trump) having any say in what is true or false.

She uses Poland’s “Ministry of Digitalization” as an example of “anti-democratic online governance”.

However, based on published reports and remarks from DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the planned board she has been chosen to head up does exactly that, The Daily Wire noted, adding that Jankowicz would report to Mayorkas and he reports directly to the president.
