A female Secret Service agent assigned to former President Donald Trump’s detail reportedly abandoned her post during a rally in North Carolina this week so she could breastfeed her baby.
RealClearPolitics reporter Susan Crabtree, who has been uncovering one shocking detail after another regarding Secret Service failures since the former president’s near-assassination last month in Butler, Pa., reported the incident on the X platform. The site agent responsible for event security caught her breastfeeding in a room designated for Secret Service “official work” just five minutes before Trump’s motorcade arrived.
The agent, who was from the Atlanta field office, was in the room with two other family members, Crabtree noted.
“During a Donald Trump visit to North Carolina yesterday, a woman Secret Service special agent abandoned her post to breastfeed with no permission/warning to the event site agent, according to three sources in the Secret Service community. Shortly before Trump’s motorcade arrival — I’m told five minutes beforehand — the site agent was getting ready for the arrival. (The site agent is the person in charge of the entire event’s security.),” the reporter noted on her X account.
“The site agent went to do one final sweep of the walking route and found the agent breast-feeding her child in a room that is supposed to be set aside for important Secret Service official work, i.e. a potential emergency related to the president,” she wrote. “A working agent on duty cannot bring a child to a protective assignment.”

“The woman was out of the Atlanta Field Office. The woman agent was in the room with two other family members. The agent and her family members bypassed the Uniformed Division checkpoint and were escorted by an unpinned event staff into the room to breastfeed, the sources said. Unpinned means they have not been cleared by the Secret Service to be there. When contacted about the incident, Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said the incident did not have an impact on the event and it’s under review,” she reported.
“All employees of the U.S. Secret Service are held to the highest standards,” he claimed. “While there was no impact to the North Carolina event, the specifics of this incident are being examined. Given this is a personnel matter, we are not in a position to comment further.”
Several X users were mortified and flabbergasted at the report.
I have so many questions about this…

She could have easily pumped, stored and had the family member not bring the baby to her highly potentially dangerous job!

She should be fired I am sorry but women should not be agents especially if they are breast-feeding and bringing their kid with them. There had better be some consequences this is unacceptable.

People need to be fired! When it was discovered and she wasn’t fired, the person who didn’t fire her needs to be fired and continue up the ladder until this shit stops. Unfuckingbelievable!

What exactly do you have to do to get fired from the @SecretService? Leave your post, no. Allow an attempted assassination of a President, no. Let me guess, misgendering someone probably crosses the line.

Not only did she abandon her post, but she also violated security protocols by allowing her family members to bypass screening.
I suspect certain “demographic” details are missing from this story, but she should be fired immediately, if not sooner.
This SHOULD be the final nail…
