North Carolina Republican Rep. Madison Cawthorn called out Jill Biden for being “cruel” to her husband, claiming Joe Biden’s mind “can’t handle” being president.
“I think we should indict Jill Biden – not saying indict in terms of criminal – but I’m saying we should call her out for being so cruel to her husband,” Cawthorn said. “The man is clearly mentally unstable. He’s having some form of degradation of his mind. And they are putting him up here to be assaulted by the greatest debaters the country has to go against him. And right now his mind simply cannot handle it.”
“As much as I’d love to question Joe Biden, I really want to question whoever is really calling the shots right now because I don’t think Congress or the American people truly know who is behind the scenes pulling the strings of Joe Biden,” he said.

Ronny Jackson, who now serves as Texas Republican congressman, said that he believes Biden is suffering a cognitive decline and could be on his way out one way or another. During an interview on Fox News, Jackson predicted that Biden will either be forced to resign or will face the 25th Amendment regarding whether he’s mentally fit to remain in office.
“And I’m at the point right now where, you know, I went from, you know, telling people, we should be concerned about what might potentially be going on, to now saying, hey, what is happening right now?” he rhetorically asked.
“Where are the people in our academic medicine that were out there calling for President Trump to have a cognitive test? Where are these people?” Jackson continued.
“There’s something seriously going on with this man right now. And you know, I think that he’s either gonna, he’s either gonna resign, they’re going to convince him to resign from office at some point in the near future for medical issues, or they’re going to have to use the 25th Amendment to get rid of this man right now. There’s some serious stuff going on right now,” he asked.
Jackson speculated that members of Biden’s Cabinet could be discussing whether he’s mentally fit to remain in office.
Jackson said: “This is a national security issue at this point … it really is.”
Jackson said that he believes Biden is suffering a cognitive decline and should be tested immediately.
“You don’t need to be a physician to look at this behavior and see there’s something concerning happening,” he said. “He’s just not aging gracefully at this point.”
“You can go back – there are forty years of tape of this man – he’s always made gaffes and stuff but these are different, he’s confused, he’s disoriented,” he said.
“I’m just asking them when you do the physical exam include the cognitive assessment,” the representative said. “As far as I’m concerned the standard precedent has been set and they need to follow and do the same.”
“The far left and the mainstream media were demanding that be the new standard for anybody who’s going to lead our country and be our Commander-in-Chief and our head of state,” he said. “I’m just saying I agree with them at this point — we need to get it done.”
