Trump Stuns Everyone With Announcement On Impeaching Kavanaugh

Just about everyone could see through the shoddy allegations Dr. Christine Blasey Ford made against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh last year.

Over the weekend, the New York Times published a hit piece against Kavanaugh and attempted to reignite old allegations that have already been proven to be completely false.

In response, President Donald Trump made it clear that he’s not only standing with Kavanaugh, he encouraged the Justice to sue the liberal mainstream media for defamation.

In other words, Trump strongly supports Kavanaugh and is standing by him amid calls from Democrats to impeach the Justice from the Supreme Court.

Late Sunday, the Times walked back an explosive report about a resurfaced allegation of sexual assault by Kavanaugh from his college days.

The Times piece alleged there was corroboration of an incident in which Kavanaugh, as a college student at Yale, exposed himself to a female classmate at a party.

The hit piece collapsed almost immediately.

Hours after it was published, a Times editors’ note added a significant detail to the piece admitting that several friends of the alleged victim said she did not recall the purported sexual assault in question at all.

The Times also stated for the first time that the alleged victim had refused to be interviewed and has made no comment about the episode.

The only firsthand statement concerning the supposed attack in the original piece, which was published on Saturday, came from a Clinton-connected lawyer who claimed to have witnessed it.

Trump, who appointed Kavanaugh, defended him in a pair of tweets.

“Now the Radical Left Democrats and their Partner, the LameStream Media, are after Brett Kavanaugh again, talking loudly of their favorite word, impeachment,” Trump tweeted.

“Brett Kavanaugh should start suing people for libel, or the Justice Department should come to his rescue,” the president continued. “The lies being told about him are unbelievable. False Accusations without recrimination. When does it stop? They are trying to influence his opinions. Can’t let that happen!”

The Times salacious piece — which has been proven to be totally false — stemmed from Ford’s allegations against Kavanaugh last year.

Ford alleged that Kavanaugh groped her at a high school pool party around 1982.

When grilled and pressed for any evidence to support her claims, Ford couldn’t find anyone or anything to substantiate her shoddy allegations.

After delaying his confirmation hearing a week to appease Democratic lawmakers, the FBI conducted a supplemental background check at the time and found that there was no support for the allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh.

The U.S. Senate confirmed Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court by a vote tally of 50-48.

Kavanaugh was able to survive an all-out smear campaign and has a lifetime appointment on the nation’s highest court.

But Democrats are refusing to give up and continue to conjure up new pathetic ideas to take him down.
