Arizona GOP state Sen. Wendy Rogers has provided a major update on the state’s audit of the 2020 presidential election.
Rogers announced that the “Audit 50 States Letter” is gaining signatures from legislators from all over the nation who want election integrity.
“Whatever state you’re from, I’m sure you know state senators and state representatives who embrace election integrity,” Rogers said in a message to the American people.
“They need to, if they haven’t already, sign my Audit 50 States Letter. We have nearly 200 signers. State senators or State House Reps, or in some states, they’re called delegates need to sign this letter,” Rogers continued.
“And what this letter says is that we the state legislators in the country have been endowed with the plenary power to oversee the US Presidential Election per our US Constitution,” she explained.
“Our founding fathers were very wise. And they knew that we the state legislatures are closest to the people. So, I need you to send me names of state senators and state representatives you know who embrace election integrity, and who want to recall the electors of your state if there was corruption found. In other words, they want to dig down, find out the truth of what happened in your state, and take the next step,” she said.
Rogers revealed last week that 186 legislators from 39 states have now signed on.

Arizona Republican Senate President Karen Fann announced back in September that she will retire when her current term ends in January 2023.
“It has been a privilege to advocate on behalf of Arizona citizens in my twelve years at the State Legislature and the honor of a lifetime to serve as Senate president,” Fann said in a statement.
“I look forward to a successful session in 2022 advancing policies that benefit all Arizonans and then enjoying the life my husband and I have built for ourselves in retirement with our family,” she added.

Last month, Fann announced that the state’s Attorney General Mark Brnovich has opened up a “formal investigation” into the 2020 presidential election.
“I mean, you don’t hold information from the voters and the constituents and just think you are going to get away with it,” Fann continued. “Not going to happen.”
“He has opened up a formal investigation,” Fann said of Brnovich. “He is seeking not only all the information we have, but he is digging further into information that other people have gathered, even outside of the audit. So – that’s his job. He is going to hold people accountable.”
Last month, Brnovich confirmed that his office will continue to investigate allegations of election fraud in the 2020 election.
Brnovich asked Maricopa County to preserve materials related to the 2020 election for an investigation and possible litigation over how the county administered the contest.
“The Arizona Senate’s report that was released on Friday raises some serious questions regarding the 2020 election. Arizonans can be assured our office will conduct a thorough review of the information we receive,” Brnovich said.
Brnovich pledged to take “all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and where I have legal authority.”
Brnovich, the leading GOP Senate primary candidate poised to challenge Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly next year, is leading the election reform fight.
