Vivek Ramaswamy is warning Americans about the true cost of November’s presidential election and reminding voters what life was like when Donald Trump was president.

“People know the facts of what it looked like when they were under Donald Trump. Prices were flat, wages went up. We were out of World War III, nowhere close to it, and we had a secure border. Now we have the most open border we’ve had in our history of our country,” Ramaswamy said during an interview on Fox & Friends.

“We’re closer to major conflict than we have any time in our lifetime. And the fact of the matter is that the economy is stagnant. You’ve got prices that have gone up and wages that have remained flat. Those are the facts. However, the narrative around this, served up through much of the media, is that we’re still a nation somehow in despair because of Donald Trump, even though it’s been Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in office,” Ramaswamy added.

Ramaswamy continued: “I also think, Lawrence, people are hungry for something deeper as well: inspiration, identity, pride in our country. And I do think, when Donald Trump is at his best, he’s been the best president we’ve had this century, who’s able to fill that gap of pride, which isn’t something that shows up in issue surveys amongst voters, but I do think is a deeper issue that matters to Americans, is reviving our sense of identity as Americans, answer who are we. And I think if Donald Trump is able to channel that between now and the finish line, as I’ve seen him do when he’s at his best, I think that’s really what’s going to carry us not only over Election Day, but in reviving our country afterwards.”

Ramaswamy is a businessman, author, and entrepreneur, but he’s about to add another title to his resume of success: TV host.

Fox Nation has revealed that Vivek Ramaswamy, the former Republican presidential candidate and entrepreneur, will host a new five-part documentary series titled “Truths with Vivek Ramaswamy.”

The series is scheduled to premiere on the streaming platform on September 22, with a shortened version airing on the Fox News Channel later that evening.

The series will address crucial issues that Vivek Ramaswamy believes conservatives need to tackle to influence the future of the Republican movement. It will cover topics such as American national identity, the conflicts in Ukraine and Israel, campus protests in the U.S., and the role of religion in contemporary society.

According to Fox Nation, the series offers Ramaswamy’s vision of a “positive alternative” to left-leaning perspectives.

Before the series premiere, Fox Nation will release a one-hour forum titled “Just Ask: Vivek Ramaswamy” on September 20. The event will feature Ramaswamy answering questions from a live audience and was filmed in Philadelphia. Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Pete Hegseth will moderate the discussion.

Lauren Petterson, president of Fox Nation, released a statement announcing the addition of Ramaswamy to the streaming platform. “We are excited to launch this new series showcasing Mr. Ramaswamy’s thoughtful and unique perspective on the state of American politics after his meteoric rise over the last year,” she said.

Ramaswamy, who garnered national attention during the 2024 Republican primary, has established himself as a critic of what he terms “woke” ideology and globalism. He stated that the new series aims to push conservatives to articulate their vision for the future rather than merely opposing left-leaning viewpoints.

“Today, conservatives know what we’re against,” Ramaswamy said. “But what exactly do we stand FOR? To answer that question, we need to talk to every American, not just those who agree with us. That’s the subject of my new book ‘TRUTHS: The Future of America-First,’ and I enjoyed partnering with FOX Nation to host provocative dinner table conversations that we rarely have in our country anymore.”

In January, Ramaswamy suspended his 2024 presidential campaign and endorsed former President Donald Trump after the first-in-the-nation Iowa caucuses.
