Many people have believed for a long time that CNN, which calls itself “The most trusted name in news” has acted as a propaganda wing of the Democrat Party.

Now, a new video by the investigative reporting group Project Veritas, purports to show a CNN director saying that the network engages in propaganda and was determined to get Donald Trump out of the White House.

“Look what we did, we [CNN] got Trump out. I am 100% going to say it, and I 100% believe that if it wasn’t for CNN, I don’t know that Trump would have got voted out…I came to CNN because I wanted to be a part of that,” CNN Technical Director Charlie Chester said in the video.

And he explained how they did it by highlighting the health of both men, Trump and Joe Biden.

“[Trump’s] hand was shaking or whatever, I think. We brought in so many medical people to tell a story that was all speculation — that he was neurologically damaged, and he was losing it. He’s unfit to — you know, whatever. We were creating a story there that we didn’t know anything about. That’s what — I think that’s propaganda,” Chester said.

“We would always show shots of him [Biden] jogging and that [he’s] healthy, you know, and him in aviator shades. Like you paint him as a young geriatric,” he said.

That is chilling. A technical director admitting that his network engaged in propaganda to help one man get elected.

But are there any examples of stories on Trump’s health that can be pointed to?

A story on October 3, written in part by Jim Acosta, ran with a headline that said “Trump’s doctors paint a rosy — but vague — picture of his health during Covid-19 treatment.”

On October 6, 2020 CNN ran a story by Brian Stelter with the headline “It’s now up to journalists to get to the truth about Trump’s health” after Trump was in the hospital with coronavirus.

On Sunday’s “Reliable Sources” program I said we were covering a possible coverup about the president’s health. I emphasized the word “possible” when I said the coverup was being led by the president, from his hospital room, because he is so sensitive about being perceived as weak.

I need to amend that statement. Cut out the “possible.” There is an obvious coverup underway, and reporters are chipping away at it, trying to get to the truth.

On October 9, 2020 another story headline read, “Trump is getting increasingly desperate, sparking new fears for his health.”

The President’s erratic conduct only emphasized an alarming leadership vacuum in a White House hollowed out by sickness as the pandemic takes an ominous turn amid fresh signs that a fragile economic rebound is slowing.

Trump’s official physician, Navy Cmdr. Dr. Sean Conley, declared that the President would be fit to return to public engagements on Saturday after completing his treatment. But questions remain over when Trump got sick, who he might have infected and if he is still contagious. And twice in an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News on Thursday night, the President declined to say whether he has tested negative even as he said he might try to hold a rally in Florida as soon as Saturday night. While he spoke with Hannity, Trump had to pause his sentences, audibly clear his throat and cough at least twice.

And again, on October 9, 2020 another story on the CNN website had a headline that read “Donald Trump won’t answer this very simple question about his health.”

The White House has yet to answer repeated questions about when Trump last tested negative prior to his positive test last Thursday. “I don’t know when he last tested negative,” White House spokesman Brian Morgenstern said Wednesday, the day Trump returned to the Oval Office. “We’re not asking to go back through a bunch of records and look backwards.”

CNN hammered the Trump coronavirus story that entire week talking as if there was a coverup and pushing that narrative. Sounds a lot like the propaganda Chester was talking about.
