Popular podcast host Joe Rogan went off on “left-wing propaganda network” CNN following the left-leaning network’s scandal involving host Chris Cuomo.

Cuomo was fired over the weekend after documents revealed he had assisted his brother Andrew Cuomo, who was serving as the governor of New York at the time, as he faced a slew of sexual harassment accusations that led to the governor’s resignation.

Thousands of pages of evidence released by New York Attorney General Letitia James revealed that Chris Cuomo had been involved in speaking with then-Gov. Cuomo’s staff about helping him deal with the accusations against him.

After detailing the allegations against Cuomo, Rogan slammed CNN for having “highly polarizing editorial personalities like Stelter and Don Lemon.”

Rogan asserted that CNN is “realizing that their ratings are dogsh*t.”

“I personally, maybe this is just my bias, I want the news. I want objective news,” he said.

“I want someone to tell me what are the facts of what’s going on? And what’s happening? I don’t want your ideological slant. I don’t want this left-wing propaganda network, which is what CNN has become. The way I look at CNN now is so different than the way I looked at CNN 15-20 years ago. I used to look at them as like, this is how I get the news. This is unbiased, professional news. They’re going to tell me what’s happening in Pakistan and what’s happening in, you know, Mogadishu. These are the real journalists that are telling you the news,” Rogan said.

Rogan continued, “Now, I look at them, I’m like, you f***in propagandists, like, what are you, the right arm of Pfizer? Like what are you doing? You know? It’s just a, I think there’s a market for real news. And it’s really hard to find that now. It’s really hard, especially outside of independent sources.”

JOE ROGAN: Yeah, I think so. Yeah. Everybody made fun of me because of the Chris Cuomo thing, man.

MPMD: Yeah.

ROGAN: I thought it was real, I just, I’m being naïve I guess. But eventually, I looked at, I go, yeah that is kind of weird how he can move it around like that.

MPMD: Yeah just like a f***ing paperweight. So, that guy’s fired now?

ROGAN: They got rid of that dude. Yeah.

MPMD: Wow.

ROGAN: For a weird reason. I mean, not weird, like, ethically I get it because he helped his brother, but his brother, I don’t know how he helped his brother. Like, what did he do? His brother was getting, there were people who were accusing him of sexual harassment. And did he like do research on the people that–? Is that what he did?

OFF CAMERA: I remember reading he texted someone who like knew of the situation, ‘like what do you got on someone?’

ROGAN: Oh, that’s it? Should’ve used signal. Or called the guy. He probably didn’t think anything of it, he probably did it on instinct. But yeah, he’s done. What does a guy like that do when you get fired from somewhere?

MPMD: I know, I thought that guy was like immune to everything.

ROGAN: Well, I think CNN is realizing that their ratings are dogs**t and that having these highly polarizing editorial personalities like Stelter and Don Lemon and, you know, Michael Malice is f***ing hilarious. You know what he did? He put up, he goes, now the Chris Cuomo has gone, who’s the alpha male over at CNN? He put up a poll, and everybody said Anderson Cooper. I think Anderson Cooper came in first. But it’s like these, it’s, I personally, maybe this is just my bias, I want the news. I want objective news. I want someone to tell me what are the facts of what’s going on? And what’s happening? I don’t want your ideological slant. And I want this left-wing propaganda network, which is what CNN has become.
